No. Unlike many limited editions, the Skeleton Star 333 fountain pen was supplied with nothing more than the ordinary Service Guide that also came with the regular models. Montblanc has confirmed this on enquiry. Anyone buying a used example without a special booklet, or finding that only a standard booklet comes back after a visit to the workshop, need not assume the set is incomplete.

The confusion arises with the watch of the same name: as a wristwatch, the Skeleton Star 333 came with a specially designed and very elaborately produced service booklet, and buyers of low serial numbers also received a voucher allowing a star to be registered in their own name. Those extras belonged to the watch alone and never to the pen.
