4. Server log files

Each time a page is requested, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information that your browser transmits to the web server. This is stored in so-called server log files:

Date and time of the access
URL requested and HTTP status code
Amount of data transferred
Browser, operating system and language used (user-agent)
Referrer (previously visited page, if transmitted)

Purpose: ensuring smooth connections, system security and error diagnosis.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and stable operation of the website).

Retention period: log files are deleted or anonymised after 14 days at the latest. They are not merged with other data.

5. Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, the data you provide (e-mail address, name, any further information from your message) will be processed exclusively to deal with your enquiry. The data will not be passed on to third parties.

Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in answering enquiries) or Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries.

Retention period: your enquiry is stored for as long as is necessary to deal with it. Thereafter the data are deleted, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.

This website does not embed any third-party content. No external fonts, videos, maps, social-media plug-ins or other third-party resources are loaded. Where individual hyperlinks to external sites do appear, we have no influence over their content or data processing; the respective operators' privacy policies apply.
