No. A steel nib marked “Iridium” with an animal logo, often a stag or deer within a circle, did not come from Montblanc. It is an off-the-shelf replacement nib of the sort once fitted by repair shops and stationers when the original nib had been damaged. The original nibs of these series are gold and carry the Montblanc marking with the fineness. A nib swap reduces collector value considerably, but it does not necessarily spoil the pen as a writer, since many of these replacement nibs write perfectly well.
As to identifying the model itself: two gold-coloured cap rings, a tapered piston knob ribbed on the outside and an amber to brown ink window point to the piston fillers of the 32x series from the 1940s and 1950s. The 322 and the 332 are easily confused; placing one with certainty calls for a comparison of the whole pen both capped and uncapped, since length and proportions are what settle the matter.
