The earlier blue-black document ink was, according to missing-pen.de, renamed Midnight Blue; on the packaging the note 'for documents' still appears. Alongside the ink names, the bottle and closure design and the maker have changed: the old inks came from Gutenberg in Bonn; the new ones are produced in Austria. The properties of the inks are described as similar. If the document-proof note is missing on the packaging, one should specifically ask in the specialist trade.
