"Pix" is a protected model designation of Montblanc and no indication whatever of a counterfeit. The inscription is found on many Meisterstück ballpoints on the middle cap ring; on newer models partly also on the inside of the clip. For model determination (164, 161 etc.), the respective dimensions are helpful.
