On Montblanc Meisterstücks, the nibs are screwed in and sealed with viscous, permanently elastic silicone mass, which is why disassembly is only possible without damage with special tools and is not recommended. If one wants only to use the nib, it can be carefully pulled out (with cloth and pliers); the feed should also be used with it. For chiselled jewellery on the pen, conversion with silver cap and silver sleeve over the original grip section is the simpler variant than the complete material exchange, especially since glowing for cement removal would not be possible on the original material. Historically, overlays were made for such refinements; corresponding examples can be found at maxpens.de.
