Regular retail shops with vintage Montblancs practically do not exist in Germany. The best source for collectors is pen shows, especially the Pen Port Hamburg (in October), at which numerous dealers offer historical Montblanc models. Information can be found at marktundkultur.de. Anyone in Munich should therefore consider the trip to Hamburg in order to find pre-war models.

I'll be visiting Munich in October and would like to visit some shops while I am there.
I am looking for second hand Montblanc fountain pens produced before 1950 mostly.

to be very honest, I'm not aware of ANY store in Germany that sells vintage Montblanc pens.
HOWEVER, may be you could travel from Munich to Hamburg, there is a HUGE pen show in Hamburg on October, 3 .. "Pen Port Hamburg", see: www.marktundkultur.de
If you lok for vintage Montblanc pens, then its definitely a good idea to buy the pens from such a pen show. There is always a HUGE assortment of vintage Montblanc pens.
