The 144 Classique is with about 11.8 cm open or 13.5 cm closed length the second-smallest representative of the Meisterstück construction range. Writing experiences with the 144 in nib width BB are described as butter-soft and with good start-up behaviour, in connection with original Montblanc ink. The 144 has been taken from the regular programme by now but is available used in private and auction markets.
