Als Nachfoger vom "Karajan" wird im September diesen Jahres innerhalb der Donation Editionen ein Füllfederhalter und Kugelschreiber erscheinen, der "Sir Georg Solti" gewidmet ist.
Bis dahin können jedoch die Karajans knapp werden und falls da noch etwas in der Sammlung fehlen sollte, wird es jetzt Zeit ...
Scription nimmt noch Bestellungen entgegen - solange der Vorrat reicht. :whistle:

The new Montblanc Donation Pen 2005 is a homage to one of the greatest conductors of the 20th century: Sir Georg Solti. The famous orchestra leader is the fourth artist to be honoured with a Donation Pen - an award initiated by Montblanc for cultural promotion. With 20 euros from every fountain pen sold and 10 euros from every ballpoint pen, Montblanc supports international classical music initiatives.
Sir Georg Solti
One of the greatest musicians and conductors of the 20th century. Born as György Solti in Budapest in 1912, the artist began his musical career as a pianist. He made his first public appearance when only twelve years old. Shortly after his début as opera conductor in 1938 he emigrated to Switzerland, where, among other things, he worked as assistant to
Toscanini. After the war he was General Music drector in Munich and Frankfurt. In 1961 he began his time at Covent Garden Opera House in London
and in 1972 he became a British citizen and was knighted by the Queen. Solti is considered to be one of the greatest opera conductors of the 20th century. His performance of Richard Wagner\'s "Der Ring des Nibelungen" still counts today as a brilliant moment in musical history. In its obituary, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung honoured the artist, who died in 1997, as "the last conductor of epoch-making significance".

Was für ein schönes Schreibgerät! Welch ein schlichtes und doch avantgardistisches Design! Ich hatte schon befürchtet, dass Montblanc wieder zu Gelbgold bei den Beschlägen zurückkehren würden.
Weiß jemand wie groß der Füllfederhalter in etwa ist und was er kosten soll.

Diese Fragen richtet sich an jemanden, der sich diese wunderbare Schreibgerät bereits gekauft hat:
1. (Die von mir obligatorische Frage): Wie schwer ist der Füllfederhalter?
2. Liegen die Bridgeregeln dem Kartenset bei (in jedem Kartenspiel, dass ich mir kaufe steht, dass ich mir die Bridgeregeln von einem erfahrenen Spieler erklären lassen soll. Nur leider gibt es keinen in unserer Region)?
