Why can a green-marbled Heiko fountain pen without imprint not be unambiguously named?

Articles from the collector portal GDR (East-German) writing instruments FAQ entry

Not all Heiko writing instruments bear an imprint with the model name, and original sales brochures from GDR production are barely findable. A clear model designation is therefore not possible on some pieces. That the green-marbled example is an upmarket model, however, can be inferred from the comparatively elaborately designed clip, which is above the level of a simple Heiko Filius.
