The Faulkner is a piston filler whose body and cap consist predominantly of transversely ribbed silver, presumably platinum-plated, similar to the cap of the StarWalker Doué. The barrel end with the piston mechanism as well as the upper cap end are made of brownish-shimmering precious resin. The nib is rhodium-plated and shows a gold-coloured engraving with clouds and a plane flying below them. The description has been confirmed as fitting, although the early delivery date was surprising.

Habe mir heute den neuen Faulkner angesehen; hier eine kurze Beschreibung bevor Bilder vorhanden sind:
Es handelt sich wieder um einen Kolbenfüller.
Der Korpus und die Kappe sind zum größten Teil aus Silber (wahrscheinlich platiniert)und quer geriffelt, ähnlich der Kappe des Starwalker Doué.
Das Ende des Korpus, also der Teil mit welchem sich der Kolben bewegen lässt (und meiner Erinnerung nach auch das obere Ende der Kappe) ist in bräunlich schimmernden Edelharz gehalten.
Auf der Feder befindet sich eine Gravur von Wolken und eines darunter fliegenden Flugzeugs. Die Gravur ist golden, die restliche Feder ist rhodiniert.
Meines Erachtens ist der Füller sehr gut gelungen.
