The black leather ring binders titled 'Limited Editions' lay exclusively in the Montblanc boutiques, generally with only one example per boutique. They were mostly not openly displayed but could be inspected on polite request. Updating of these folders was discontinued in 2002 and not resumed since. As a replacement a consumer brochure was later distributed free in the boutiques; in normal specialist trade these special catalogues are not available.
