In 2004 the business was divided into three rooms: a Montblanc boutique, the main part of the shop and the so-called treasure chamber (Schatzkammer). More than 3,500 writing instruments from 35 brands were stored in the safe, among them Visconti, Pelikan, Graf von Faber-Castell, Montegrappa, Lamy and Kaweco. All Jannsen inks were also available, as well as papers, organisers and further accessories; a separate area was dedicated to Graf von Faber-Castell.

In the treasure chamber all the writing instruments of the Writers Editions were displayed as sets of fountain pen, ballpoint pen and pencil, together with all the fountain pens of the Patron of the Arts Editions in both versions, that is, in the edition size of 4810 and in the edition size of 888. Further display cabinets showed all the writing instruments of the Anniversary Edition 1924 and one fountain pen from the Anniversary 75 series. More than 200 different limited fountain pens from all the major brands were permanently on view there, supplemented by almost all the Pelikan Limited Editions of previous years.
