Users report a strikingly reliable start-up behaviour of the Agatha Christie even after four to five weeks without use in a presentation stand with the nib pointing slightly upward, while other Meisterstücks like 114, 144 or 146 after long idle time often first have to draw ink. Feed and mechanism, however, do not differ technically significantly between Limited Editions and regular writing instruments, so the observation is rather to be valued as an individual property of the concrete piece. A systematic preference of limited editions in this respect cannot be derived from the available experience reports.
