Montblanc - Art Bags -
Shopping bags for the opening of the
Montblanc Boutique in Paris
"Art
to Go"
limited to 4,810 pieces each
For the
opening of the new flagship store on the Champs-Élysées in Paris, Montblanc
did something very special: in addition to a special
writing instrument edition that could only be purchased here*,
six internationally recognised artists were asked to design
special shopping bags.
These bags
were produced as displays on the one hand and set up in front of the flagship store in Paris.
Each of these aluminum "bags" was
3 × 2.2 × 0.9 m in size!
In addition,
these shopping bags were also produced in the normal size (see photo), with
each motif limited to 4,810 pieces.
They are already coveted collector's items. In
Germany there were apparently also some of these bags in the boutiques;
by now it is however (almost) impossible to find one
of these shopping bags.
