It is the black Montblanc Caressa No. 422. The model is documented in the standard work 'Collectible Stars' by Jens Rösler and Stefan Wallrafen on page 69 under the ID number 1530. The Caressa was produced between 1976 and 1979 by the firm Mutschler in Heidelberg, which at the time made numerous similar models for Montblanc. Mutschler discontinued business activity in the 1990s.

even if it was a bit difficult to find the pictures (just unpracticed with rambling snail), your pen is a black Montblanc "Caressa" no. 422.
Look at page 69 of "Collectible Stars" by Jens Roesler / Stefan Wallrafen, ID no. 1530.
It was made between 1976 and 1979 by Mutschler in Heidelberg, Germany, for Montblanc like many other similar models of Montblanc at that time. Mutschler went out of business in the 90s.

As a pen nib repair person, I remembered Mutschler for their nibs. Too bad they shut down about a decade ago.
The Carrera would be made by them too I suppose. I have an orange one with a flexible steel fine point and the orange-handled press-bar converter which I restored today (New bladder).
